| Project: Staircase Transformation Pattern: Plain & Knuckle Pattern Spindle Color: Oil-Rubbed Bronze Comments: Replacement of wood spindles with up-dated iron spindles in traditional Kansas City home. Home Owner increased their home value with this transformation concept. Used existing railing - modified existing newel posts with KC Wood's 'Post-Cap Option' - added new end caps and floor plates on upstairs balcony. Homeowner hired separate painter (referred by KC Wood) to refinish existing wood parts and new parts. Special focal points include Scroll Spindles. |
