KC Wood offers Professional Exterior Painting and Wood Rot Repair
KC Wood primes the exterior of your house as needed from spot-priming to a complete primer coat. We then caulk to seal the exterior of the areas to be painted. Our standard method for a complete house paint is to spray and roll. The spray equipment gets in those tight crevesses that a brush could miss and the roller that follows ensures an even application of paint.
The paint that we use has 32 to 36 % solids which is one of the main attritubutes of paint that you are really buying - to ask for a "good" paint is to ask for a paint with a higher percent of solids. The paint we use also has higher quality resins which enable among other things to coat in cooler temperatures.
Aided by our shop we are able to machine replacement parts for windows and trim for your home. 'Real' Carpenters do this work which ensures that the work is done appropriately.
